I paid but didn't get my items. What now?

First, restart the game — most deliveries complete on the next launch. Then tap Restore Purchases (Settings → Purchases). It's one button and safe to press any time. Still missing? Contact us via email sevak@virbhumi.com with your store receipt (a screenshot is fine). Support can re-grant purchases directly from receipts — you will not be bounced between us and the app store.
